First Financial Federal Credit Union, a $950 million FI based in Maryland, has opted for a multi-year renewal with the Star Network. Under the agreement, Star will provide PIN-secured debit point-of-sale and ATM access to its cardholders. The credit union also has added ATM driving and related services from First Data.
In addition to core Star Network access and First Data ATM driving, First Financial takes advantage of related services that add value for the credit union and its members. The credit union subscribes to Auth Decisioning Plus, a Star Network fraud monitoring tool. First Financial also has added the Content Manager marketing campaign tool, Remote Key for ATM security, and Tracker Online ATM monitoring to its ATM driving agreement.
"First Data and Star offer a broad range of services to help us more easily meet the demands of our members and secure their transactions," said Eric Church, vice president of finance and information technology at First Financial. "Expanding our relationship allows us to capitalize on the integration of these services to monitor the health and performance of our ATMs and use them more effectively as customer service and cross-selling channels."
