The currency specialists at Moneycorp have launched a multi-currency ATM network at London-area airports using NCR SelfServ ATMs. Machines have been installed at Gatwick, Stansted, Southend and Southampton airports in the U.K.
The ATMs, which are place at major airport gates, allow users to withdraw British pounds sterling, euros and US dollars, said a report by Finextra. Moneycorp's direct currency conversion software provides users the company's most-up-to-date foreign exchange rates.
The NCR SelfServ 22 and SelfServ 26 machines run on APTRA Advance NDC self-service ATM software and feature NCR APTRA Promote campaign management software. Moneycorp is also using APTRA Exchange software for remote updates and NCR Solidcore security software, which provides real-time alerts.
"Making currency accessible is key to delivering a great service to our customers," said Alan Chambers, head of automated cash solutions at Moneycorp. "We're excited to be launching our new sterling- and foreign currency-dispensing ATMs this year.
