Fiserv Inc., a provider of financial services technology solutions, has announced that Tech Credit Union, a $305 million financial institution serving nearly 43,000 members in Crown Point, Ind., will adopt the XP2 account processing platform.
XP2 features a Microsoft .NET architecture that is open at every tier, and a member-centric design backed by an IBM DB2 relational database. The solution offers scalable technology and established interfaces to a broad range of enterprise solutions, and is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or facilities management.
In addition to XP2, Tech Credit Union will implement Wisdom for financial management and ConvergeIT: IVR for interactive voice response. The credit union will also employ the Integrated Desktop feature from Fiserv, which delivers integration between XP2 and the FI's existing debit card processing solution from Fiserv.

"Our staff will have improved access to all member relationships as well as the ability to better analyze member data to offer relevant products and services."
