ATM manufacturer GRGBanking and ASDIS Solutions, a developer of products for IT infrastructure management, are announcing that they have entered into a cooperative agreement. ASDIS will support GRG's full range of products and provide its device management functionality to potential customers.
ASDIS ATM/kiosk management software enables fully automated software and data management for ATMs and kiosk terminals. This helps to eliminate manual errors and increase machine availability and operability. Additionally, XFS and other interfaces facilitate the integration of a variety of devices in the overall management process.
With additional services such as monitoring, preventative remote maintenance and central configuration management, ASDIS offers a comprehensive set of solutions for ATMs and kiosk terminals.
The agreement formalizes ASDIS support for GRG products. "This enables us to provide 100 percent functionality on GRG hardware," said Klauspeter Huebner, head of professional services at ASDIS Solutions.
Hendrik Eckholt, regional sales manager and project manager at GRGBanking, said the agreement with ASDIS would assist GRG in establishing itself in the European market. "Flexibility and customizations are our key strengths compared to the established vendors in the market," he said.
