Diebold Incorporated today announced two key appointments to its corporate leadership team.
The company has hired David H. Ramsey to fill the role of vice president and chief information officer. Additionally, Diebold promoted Chad F. Hesse to vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Ramsey will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of Diebold's global information technology organization.
Hesse will be responsible for all of the company's legal matters, including management of in-house legal staff and supervision of outside counsel.
"Chad has proven to be a successful leader in Diebold's legal group, and has played an integral role in improving Diebold's compliance program," said Bradley C. Richardson, executive vice president, chief financial officer, Diebold. "Chad's experience and time at Diebold will continue to benefit the company as we continue to strengthen these areas."
Ramsey most recently served as managing director, global IT and GBS transformation, at The Hackett Group, a global strategic business advisory, operations consulting and finance strategy firm. Prior to that, he served in CIO roles with Kinetic Concepts Inc. and PSS World Medical Inc.
Before joining Diebold, Hesse was an associate attorney with Hahn Loeser + Parks LLP, specializing in the business practice area. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
