According to The Citizen, CRDB Bank in Tanzania is offering its customers card-less ATM transactions. Customers will be able to access their accounts at the ATM through the use of special bank provided access codes.
Managing Director Charles Kimei said the move is part of an effort to restructure the bank's e-banking services and increase efficiency.
"We are at advanced stages of procuring the new e-banking services. It is part of our commitment to adopt new technologies and align with international best business practices," Kimei said in the story. He did not provide further details about the new services.
