Retail Banking Research, a research and consulting firm for retail banking, banking automation and payment systems, will hold a seminar entitled "Teller Automation and Branch Cash Management" for credit union and bank executives. The seminar will take place Dec. 5-6 at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Orlando, Fla.
The London-based firm intends to address the role of teller automation in new branch formats, and the use of teller cash recycling to enhance cash management.
A representative from Bank of America is slated to give the keynote presentation, which will describe how the bank has redesigned its check handling processes to generate the maximum efficiency, leveraging the Check 21 legislation.
