Global eTelecom Inc. (GETI), an electronic check processing and gift/loyalty card provider, and 1stTransaction Corporation, developer of TransactionX, an integrated card and check payment application, today announced the certification of RemoteDepositX.
The stand-alone Check 21 remote deposit capture software for Windows allows merchants to accept any check drawn on a U.S. bank. The check is scanned using a dual-sided imager, and the image is used to process the payment with a shorter funding time than other processing methods.
