Lakshmi Vilas Bank offers Visa Debit Gold Card to premier customers

Lakshmi Vilas Bank in India announced Friday its Visa Debit Gold Card offering for its premier customers. The card has a transaction limit of Rs 50,000 at the ATM and Rs 1,00,000 at point of sale terminals, according to Money Control.

"There was a persistent demand from customers for a higher transaction limit on the ATM and point of sales, and with the introduction of this facility, this demand has been addressed," bank officials said in a statement.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank has more than 1.7 million accounts throughout its 274 branches across 15 states and one union territory, and an ATM network of more than 205.
