Solvport LLC announced today that it has partnered with Braille Stickers Inc. to help independent ATM deployers meet one of the compliance requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which takes effect March 15, 2012.
"You can go directly to www.braillestickers.com and order the quantity of stickers you need," officials of Portland, Ore.-based Solvport said. "To receive a discount, type in SOLV in the promo code area at checkout." The stickers work on all Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, WRG, Tranax, Hantle and Genmega ATMs, Solvport officials said.
According to ADA requirements, instructions in Braille must be affixed near the headphone jack to initiate voice transactions.
Solvport offers ATM and kiosk technical field services nationwide. The company provides project management of ATM and kiosk installations, upgrades and conversions, and offers related parts and supplies. It also provides technical support and monitoring services.
