Diebold Inc. and AxxonSoft, a Moscow-based international provider of software security and video surveillance systems, have announced a technological cooperation agreement that will provide monitoring on all ATM networks, especially free-standing, off-premises machines.
As part of the partnership, Diebold solutions for ATM network management will be integrated with an ATM security system, ATM-Intellect, which is based on AxxonSoft's Intellect multifunction software platform.
ATM-Intellect synchronizes video with data and readings of security sensors. It also performs real-time transmission of an alert system to a remote centralized monitoring desk.
"Thanks to our collaboration with AxxonSoft we will be able to offer our clients a brand new product, an ATM equipped with one of the most comprehensive security and video surveillance systems," said Ivan Strigin, professional services director for Diebold Russia, which is based in Moscow.
The agreement enables AxxonSoft and Diebold to offer an effective joint solution, said Andrey Kireev, AxxonSoft's product development officer.
Diebold, which is based in North Canton, Ohio, is the world's third-largest ATM manufacturer, based on annual shipments.
