Lisa Schlehuber elected to CO-OP Financial Services board

Lisa Schlehuber, CEO of Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union, has joined the board of directors of CO-OP Financial Services, owner of CO-OP Network, one of the nation's largest surcharge-free ATM networks for credit unions.

Schlehuber was elected to a three-year term, following CO-OP's May 16 shareholders meeting in Anaheim, Calif. In January 2005, Schlehuber was named CEO of Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union, which is based in Indianapolis.

In addition, two incumbents were re-elected to CO-OP's 11-member board. Four other individuals also were re-appointed to one-year terms.

CO-OP Network, which is based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., operates 28,000 surcharge-free ATMs.
