TestLink Services Ltd., which sells refurbished ATMs, has added new functionalities to its ATM parts service website, which was launched in 2010. The improvement is designed to give global ATM operators faster access to 7.5 million British pounds (U.S. $12.2 million) worth of spare parts inventory. Customers can search for spare parts by part number, part description, part type, ATM model and ATM brand.
"TestLink has invested heavily in the ATM parts finder service to ensure that customers can track down the spare parts they need faster, more easily and cost effectively," said TestLink company officials. Customers can now add product reviews to the company website, subscribe to free regular technical updates and news and share products and pages via Twitter and Facebook.
The ATM parts service website provides a huge range of NCR Corp. and Wincor Nixdorf AG ATM parts, including gears, belts, bearings and card reader heads to complete ATM modules repaired by OEM-trained technicians in bank-approved secure facilities.
The company opened the website following TestLink's acquisition of ATM spare parts specialist OEM Oceansound Ltd. in 2010. TestLink has offices in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
