Absolute ATM selects MorphisSC software

Absolute ATM Services Inc., a Houston-based independent ATM deployer (IAD), has selected Morphis Inc.'s field-service management software, MorphisSC, to help manage Absolute ATMs' service needs.

MorphisSC provides ATM service-order generation through multiple channels, ATM service management, ATM parts-inventory management and ATM contract and financial management. The software also delivers process control and automation standards, eliminating guesswork.

"For my growing business, I needed an application that would allow us to dispatch technicians quickly with the right information and right parts, monitor and track the progress of every service call from inception to resolution as well as handle all financial reporting and invoicing," said Troy LeBlanc, owner of Absolute ATM.

LeBlanc added, "The ease of use, accuracy and flexibility of Morphis has helped us to better organize our field-service team and to be more efficient." Absolute ATM services more than 2,000 ATMs in the Texas market, and it owns more than 300 ATMs. The company also provides services in Louisiana.

Morphis, which has offices in Dallas, Houston and Dhaka, Bangladesh, is a leader in ATM banking and armored carrier software.

In a related topic, Morphis has promoted Debra Miller to director of business development. Miller will be responsible for developing business opportunities with financial institutions, retailers, cash-in-transit firms and gaming companies. She joined Morphis in 2009 as a sales executive.
