Bell ATM Service Inc., which is based in Centennial, Colo., has redesigned its website for ordering parts and requesting ATM-component repairs online.
The website, BellATM.com, incorporates new navigational tools that provide customers with a comprehensive list of more than 1,000 new and refurbished ATM parts and repairs offered by Bell ATM, said company officials.
Users can navigate the website with drop-down menus that categorize products by manufacturer, model number and product type. The website also features tech support, and it provides online customers with a list of ATMs Bell supports.
Mobile internet users now will also be able to search the website and navigate it using a mobile-optimized web version of the site on their smart phones. The mobile-optimized version of BellATM.com will automatically open on cell phones and it contains a convenient list of ATM products and repairs.
The improved site will help customers navigate faster and make it easier to find the parts and services they need, said Emo Pentermann, the company's president and CEO.
