ATMequipment.com has launched a mobile app for Android smart phones that supports operators and field technicians responsible for deployment and maintenance of retail ATMs.
The app is called ATMtech, and it can be downloaded at no charge from the Android Market, said Alicia Ridley, president of ATMequipment.com, which is based in Kaysville, Utah.
"Field technicians need information and support immediately," Ridley said. "ATMequipment.com created ATMtech to make it easier to get the support they need when and where they need it—all at their fingertips."
The app's features include the ability to search and view ATM error code definitions, review of ATM owner manuals, video tutorials, access to manufacturer and supplier tech support contact information and access to ATM programming information. ATMequipment.com also is developing ATMtech for the iPhone.
ATMequipment.com, which is a distributor of Hantle, Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, Genmega and NCR ATMs, is owned by Grant Victor company.
