Triton Systems has awarded an ATM that represents a milestone in the company's manufacturing history to Access to Money, a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based independent ATM deployer.
"Triton has shipped the 200,000th unit produced in its state-of-the-art facility," said officials of the Long Beach, Miss.-based manufacturer. "This solidifies the company's position as the world's leading retail ATM supplier. To celebrate this milestone and to show appreciation to their customers, Triton has awarded a full-featured RL 2000 to Access to Money."
Triton has manufactured ATMs from its Long Beach plant since 1979, and the company has installations in more than 24 countries.
The RL2000 is used for deployment in small convenience stores, restaurants, retail chains and hotels. The prize includes a Bullhorn, ATM alarm, Raminator, an electronic security system, Graphic Wrap, Power Conditioner, a $1500 in-store credit from atmgurus.com, custom screen graphics and EMV. Triton said the entire gift is worth $10,000.
Doug Falcone, Access to Money chief operating officer, said his company has worked with Triton a long time.
"We've been working with Triton for at least 13 years," Falcone said. "What has kept us with them over the years is the people behind the brand. They've made it through some difficult times and have come out with some exciting new products so we foresee continuing a long relationship with our friends at Triton."
Access to Money has deployed more than 10,500 ATMs nationwide with banks, credit unions and major chains.
