NCR Corp. has renewed its cash-management agreement with Transoft International Inc., which manages cash for more than 100,000 ATMs, branches and vault networks.
Transoft will provide NCR Managed Services portfolio access to OptiCash, OptiNet and OptiVault as part of the extended contract.
OptiCash applies mathematical algorithms to historical demand. OptiNet is a Web-enabled branch and ATM-cash ordering and clearing application. OptiVault is a vault cash management service. Banks outsource management of their ATM networks to NCR Managed Services. NCR is based in Duluth, Ga.
"Transoft is delighted with this new extension with NCR," said Bo H. Holmgreen, president and CEO of Transoft International, which is based in the Research Triangle Park. The park is near Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill, N.C.
Neither company disclosed the contract's financial details.
