Global Axcess Corp. today announced that it has signed an agreement with the United Grocers of Jacksonville, LLC, which is based in Jacksonville, Fla.
The three-year contract calls for Global Axcess to initially deploy 98 ATMs in United Grocers' member locations.
According to the deal, Global Axcess has the potential of installing ATMs in 120 locations for United Grocers. The association is a cooperative buying group with approximately 102 members who own convenience stores and restaurants. Global Axcess expects to begin placing the machines next month.
ATMmarketplace.com could not reach for comment spokespersons for Global Axcess or the United Grocers.
Global Axcess, which is also based in Jacksonville, operates 4,900 ATMs and self-service kiosks in 43 states.
