The DPL Group is pleased to announce that we have provided free “over the network” EMV upgrades to all of our Dial Up terminal customers using model numbers (ATM400, ATM500, ATM600) as of October 1, 2010. This means that when you EMV upgrade your ATM machine you will not have to replace or do anything with our hardware as it has already been completed from our side. We will soon begin to bulk update all units using IP terminals and will advise once that is completed as well. For IP users during the interim, if you upgrade your IP machines and require immediate EMV updates, please feel free to contact our Technical Support Team and we will perform these on demand as requested.

It should be noted that due to constraints with our older technology units (40000-40999 series, Model ATM300), the EMV upgrade will not be available for these units over the network.
