BAI Retail Delivery '99 to focus on technology
CHICAGO -- "Redefining the Retail Business System: Connecting with the Information-Rich Consumer" is the theme of Bank Administration Institute's (BAI) Retail Delivery '99 Conference, Dec. 7-10 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. "Changing technology and higher consumer expectations are forcing financial services professionals to redefine the way they do business," said Thomas P. Johnson Jr., president and CEO of BAI. "BAI's agenda for Retail Delivery '99 will deliver vital information on the latest products and innovations, enabling executives to successfully develop effective strategies in today's changing retail banking business." The agenda features industry leaders including: P. Jan Kalff, chairman, ABN AMRO Bank Holding N.V.; William B. Harrison Jr., president and CEO, The Chase Manhattan Corporation; Richard W. Vague, chairman, First USA and WingspanBank.com and executive vice president, Bank One Corporation; Frank J. Petrilli, president and CEO, TD Waterhouse Group; Mark R.
