PayStar's ticker symbol changes
LODI, Calif. -- PayStar Communications Corporation (OTCBB:PYSTE), an independent provider of payphone services and ATM scrip machines, has had an "E" added to its ticker symbol. The additional letter, instituted by the NASD, will remain on the ticker symbol while the company is in the process of becoming a fully reporting corporation in compliance with the OTC eligibility requirements. "PayStar filed its initial registration statement to become fully reporting on December 30, 1999, and is awaiting SEC final approval of its application," said PayStar CFO Harry T. Martin. "We look forward to the completion of this initial step required to be in compliance with the eligibility rules of the OTC bulletin board." The PayStar registration statement, Form SB 2, is available on the EDGAR database, Martin added.
