ABA to present 'E-Customer Forum' in July
WASHINGTON, April 7 -- The American Bankers Association will present strategies to create customer-focused business models and tap into the power of networked relationships at the "ABA E-Customer Forum," July 17-18 in San Francisco. Co-presented with BusinessWeek, the two-day forum will focus on connecting with customers across multiple e-delivery channels -- all from the customer's point-of-view. With 27 sessions and panel discussions featuring executives with case studies from across industry lines, the event will be divided into five modules: Empowering networked relationships; Giving e-customers what they really want; E-customer relationship management: meeting new expectations and growing value; Enabling e-interactions and Shifting the e-marketing paradigms.
