BOISE, Idaho -- Century Milestone S&T Co. (OTCBB:CEML), a Chinese ATM and banking video surveillance company, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Respond, Inc., a Boise, Idaho based ATM and armored car service company.
According to a company release, Respond, Inc. employs over 600 people in the western U.S. and generated sales in excess of $19,000,000 for fiscal year 2000 and projects sales revenues of $22,000,000 for 2001.
Respond, Inc. is Century Milestone's second planned North American acquisition in the armored car and ATM maintenance industry and will provide a base for its planned consolidation efforts in the armored car and ATM maintenance business.
In March, Century Milestone entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire L.L.&D., a New Mexico-based ATM and armored car service company.
