ATLANTA -- Lynk Systems, Inc. has released ATMAssist, a new Internet reporting tool, to its ATM distributors.
According to a Lynk news release, ATMAssist enables distributors to view transaction activity, alarm history and set up groups to customize reporting data for any or all of their customers. In turn, distributors can offer their customers, whether it be a merchant, vendor or third party, individualized access to real-time terminal data such as daily and monthly reports.
"We are very excited about the additional support that this site will provide for our distributors and we're confident it will help to differentiate them from their competition," said Carrie Nakanishi, manager, ATM Sales Support. "Enhancements such as online applications and adjustments are already in the works and should be rolled out by the end of the year."
