MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Citizens Financial Group Inc. (Citizens), a $30.9 billion financial services company headquartered in Providence, R.I., has signed a long-term contract for processing services with Concord EFS Inc. (Nasdaq:CEFT).
In addition to driving Citizens' 820 ATMs, Concord will also provide online debit card authorization, signature debit card processing and gateway access to debit networks.
"We liked the fact that Concord is committed to the financial services industry and to working collaboratively with financial institutions to expand applications for ATMs and debit cards," said Mark Formica, vice chairman of Citizens Financial Group Inc.
