• New CFO for Euronet

LEAWOOD, Kan. - Euronet Worldwide, a provider of software and service solutions for secure financial transactions, has named Kendall Coyne as its new chief financial officer.

Coyne has more than 20 years experience in finance, most recently at Aerie Network Services Inc. of Denver, Colo., where he served as vice president. His previous experience includes four years at Sprint PCS/Sprint as vice president and director of tax policy. Prior to Sprint, Coyne worked in various tax management and executive management roles for companies in Kansas City, Mo., and Albuquerque, N.M.

Coyne replaces Richard Halka, who held the position of acting CFO since March 31, 2000. Halka has joined Bell Canada as CFO of its International Wireless group.
