TAMPA, Fla. -- Amer-e-com Digital Corporation, a developer of ATM kiosks and smart
card technologies, has acquired ATM Capital Funding Corporation and First National ATM Corporation of Canada.

ATM Capital Funding, which deploys ATM's under the banner "First National ATM," has over 1,200 units operating in 36 states. First National ATM of Canada operates over 400 ATMs in 10 Canadian provinces.

Amer-e-com President and CEO Rick Westenberger, who will lead the new enterprise, said, "We look forward to the prospect of further developing our ATM base to increase consumer payment options and bring new and exciting services to where people live, work and play."
