DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Mosaic Software has joined the ATMIA (ATM Industry Association) in Europe. Stevi Lowmass, general manager for Mosaic Software in the UK, will represent the company on the ATMIA Board.
According to ATMIA Europe, its vision is to advance and empower the European ATM industry by leveraging its collective voice at governing bodies like the European Union Commission, as well as at member state and non-member state level, to shape policies and practices to the industry's advantage. The group will encourage and facilitate European-wide networking and extend the online ATM world within the continent.
"Mosaic Software is delighted to support such an initiative, following on the success of the association in the U.S. We hope to contribute substantially to the success of the ATMIA as a result of our experience gained from our ground-breaking work in the U.S. with Web-enabled ATMs and the U.S. ATM processing industry," Lowmass said. "Co-operating globally will ensure the cross fertilization of knowledge and will assist in the development of this industry in Europe."
According to Mike Lee, executive director international of ATMIA, the organization's board is now up to 14 members, all ATM players active in UK and European markets. "We were impressed by Mosaic Software's international reach and cutting-edge processing software, making added ATM functionality possible like pre-pay mobile phone options. ATMIA is proud to welcome Stevi onto our board to help take our association further forward into new countries and into the future," he said.
