HOUSTON -- Tidel Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATMS) has entered into an exclusive marketing agreement with Western States ATM Systems, a Billings, Mont.-based ISO. The deal marks the 25th such exclusive or preferred distribution deal completed by Tidel in recent months.

Jerry Moore, CEO of Western States, said her company expects to sell between $2 million and $3 million of Tidel product this year. "This number could grow, however, with the recent introduction of the revamped Chameleon product," she added.

Michael Hudson, Executive Vice President of Tidel, said, "We have seen strong results since we began our new distributor marketing program a few months ago, and we expect this trend to continue."
