FORT WORTH, Texas - Launching a strategy to expand its ATM holdings, card processor First American Payment Systems LP on Feb. 18 named Ellen Stebbins vice president. Stebbins will be responsible for purchasing ATMs and growing the company's ATM-related businesses.
Stebbins previously was director of marketing at non-bank ATM processor Core Data Resources. She also has worked for Affiliated Computer Services and Lynk Systems, and is a member of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association. She is an executive board member of ATMIA, and serves as secretary of the association.
Neil Randel, First American president and chief executive officer, said the company's strategy is to acquire existing ATM portfolios nationally and develop full-service ATMs in places where they can be supported.
"Ellen joining First American is the first step in us accomplishing those goals," Randel said in a news release.
