DAYTON, Ohio -- NCR Corporation and automated credit process systems space provider PIA Systems Corporation have created an alliance to bring PIA's exclusive Credit Process Management System (CPMS) solution to market on NCR's Teradata Warehouse.
Under the terms of the agreement, PIA will offer the functionality of its credit committee and credit scoring marketing, lending and administrative management and follow-up process solution, CPMS, to both existing and prospective financial services clients of NCR.
With this joint solution, NCR and PIA Systems will help lenders in the financial services industry manage the lending process with a single integrated system. The Teradata solution will allow CPMS users to perform on demand or continual monitoring of both loans in process and the existing portfolio for risk management assessments and early warning of potential exposures, concentrations, trends and problems - both on an individual credit and portfolio basis. Additional benefits include improved control and lower operating costs, credit loss and non-performing loan costs.
