Mohawk Community Bank customers gain access to KeyCorp ATMs

AMSTERDAM, N.Y. and CLEVELAND-- Mohawk Community Bank of Amsterdam, N.Y., primary subsidiary of Ambanc Holding Co. Inc. (NASDAQ: AHCI), announced it has entered into an agreement with Cleveland-based KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) to provide its customers access to KeyCorp's ATM network in New York, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

In addition to Mohawk's existing network of 17 in-branch ATMs, KeyCorp will provide Mohawk customers with access to 456 KeyCorp ATMs in these four states without a KeyCorp surcharge.

Despite adhering to traditionally competitive business practices, KeyCorp offers its agent bank capabilities to smaller banks, savings and loans and credit unions.
