TOKYO -- According to the Nikkei Financial Daily, Daiwa Bank and Bank of Kinki began letting each other's customers use their ATMs on Monday.

There is no ATM charge for cash withdrawals between 8:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. For withdrawals at other times, the charge is 105 yen. The fee for automated remittances to accounts at the partner bank will be the same as that for accounts within the bank.
