SAN DIEGO -- Fujitsu ICL announced today that it is developing ATM software built on Windows NT for its Series 7000 Advanced Platform ATM line.
Utilizing a built-in Web browser, the software is compatible with existing host systems. By integrating classic ATM transaction support and Web technology in one software package, financial institutions can deliver both standard banking transaction services and Web-based applications directly to the ATM.
Additionally, financial institutions can create a mix-and-match network environment, choosing to deploy a traditional ATM network, a fully Web-based network, or a combination of both.
