RALEIGH-DURHAM, N.C. -- Transoft International Inc., which produces currency management software for the financial services industry, celebrated its 10th anniversary following its recent annual user's conference in Las Vegas.

Transoft was founded in 1992 as a consulting firm focused on currency management. In 1994, Transoft made the decision to develop its own software, the OptiCa$h Currency Management application.

"We look forward to the next 10 years and to the continued evolution of our product suite," said Transoft President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Holmgreen.

The privately-held company has more than 40 customers and manages cash for more than 40,000 ATMs and 14,500 bank branches.
