TOKYO -- NCR Japan Ltd. and Fuji Bank will develop Japan's first cash dispenser able to remit payment to billing accounts, according to the Nikkei Industrial Daily.

Designed to install at corporations and link their servers, the machine will be based on NCR Japan's existing unit, which runs Microsoft's Windows NT operating system.

Epson Hanbai Co. and Texas Instruments Japan Ltd. have already decided to adopt the new machine.
