DAYTON, Ohio and PORTLAND, Ore. -- NCR has been selected as the exclusive supplier of ATMs for TRM Corporation, a leader in self-service convenience photocopying. Initially TRM will install 700 NCR MCD cash dispensers in outlets of The Pantry and Lil' Champ convenience-store chains.
"We evaluated each of the manufacturers in this market, but NCR stood out for its sensitivity toward the needs of retailers. They simply offered the right product at the right time for the right price," said Fred Stockton, TRM President and CEO.
The contract represents a $7.9 million investment. In addition to supplying hardware, NCR will provide first-line machine maintenance and vault-cash services.
