PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- Nationwide Money Services, a subsidiary of Global Axcess Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GLXS), says it has signed a five-year ATM agreement with Gaylord Entertainment, a hospitality and entertainment company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn.
Nationwide Money Services will provide ATM services including equipment, transaction processing, cash replenishment, maintenance and monitoring in Gaylord Entertainment's new Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla.
Nationwide Money also obtained First Right of Refusal for all ATM and ATM-related goods and services for the upcoming Texas Opryland location when construction is completed in 2004.
Gaylord Entertainment owns the Gaylord Hotels, the Grand Ole Opry, Acuff-Rose Music Publishing, WSM Radio and Word Entertainment.
Global Axcess was founded with the purpose of purchasing profitable companies in the financial services industry, and specifically targets ATM businesses.
