"Next Generation Strategies for ATM Success" is the theme of Thomson Financial Media's fifth annual ATM conference Oct. 4-6 in Orlando, Fla.
Mitchell Caplan, chief banking officer of E*TRADE Group and chairman, president and CEO of E*TRADE Bank, will present the keynote address, focusing on the relationship between Internet-based financial services and ATMs.
Other presentations will cover multifunction ATMs, e-commerce at the ATM, surcharging and surcharging bans, biometrics, data mining and ATM advertising.
Approximately 40 exhibitors, including all of the major ATM manufacturers, will highlight their products and services.
