LODI, Calif. -- PayStar Communications Corporation (OTCBB:PYST), a Nevada corporation and an independent provider of payphone services, cashless ATM scrip machines, prepaid, multi-media and telecommunications services, as well as Internet kiosks, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Coca-Cola of Indianapolis.
Under the terms of this agreement, PayStar and its advertising affiliate, brandATM, along with Coca-Cola of Indianapolis will promote marketing advertising on full motion video screens installed on Coca-Cola vending machines.

With the launch date scheduled for Dec. 1, the joint venture will involve the installation of a 6 1/2-inch self-contained video screen placed into Coke vending machines. The partnership will market full motion video advertising displayed on the vending machine screens with the annual revenues to be distributed among the three enterprises.
