NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD has finalized an agreement with Casey's General Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: CASY) to place Cash Source Plus 200 ATMs in more than 400 Casey's convenience stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas and Missouri.

As part of its new franchise program, Diebold will own and operate the machines, which will be installed over the next year. Diebold will receive a monthly fee to maintain the machines and part of the surcharge revenue.

Diebold recently announced a similar agreement with McDonald's.
