DAYTON, Ohio -- PROSA, Mexico's national ATM network will use the Gasper Manager and Transaction Monitor products provided by Gasper Corporation for management and monitoring of ATM services.
PROSA is planning to expand its customer base to other Central American countries and the Caribbean and will provide the Gasper products as part of its service offering to these new customers.
Noting that Gasper Manager should provide increased ATM availability and lower costs, Alberto Sotelo of PROSA said, "We expect that the end-to-end solution we can now offer will be a key factor in our expansion strategy."
Gasper Manager is used by over 170 ATM deployers to manage approximately 170,000 ATMs worldwide. It interprets ATM status codes, taking appropriate action based on business rules defined by the customer; opens and manages trouble tickets; notifies appropriate and reports ATM network and service team activity.
Transaction Monitor thresholds ATM transaction and reversal and denial rates to detect and act upon potential problems.
