Genpass names McHugh COO

DALLAS -- Genpass Inc. named EFT technology veteran Thomas J. McHugh chief operating officer for its financial transaction processor, Genpass Technologies, according to a company release.

McHugh will manage platform reconstruction and new technology integration in Genpass' new Operations and Technology Center in Irving, Texas. He'll also manage the MoneyMaker and MONEY BELT EFT networks and oversee the platform that drives nearly 21,000 ATMs nationwide.

McHugh has more than 35 years' experience in the information and EFT technology fields, most recently as STAR/MAC's technology chief, according to the release.
