DAYTON, Ohio -- Gasper Corporation has appointed Jeff Davison the company's new president.
Davison, who most recently served as Gasper's executive vice president of marketing and product development, succeeds David Gasper, who will remain chairman of the board of directors.
Gasper Corp. is a wholly owned independent subsidiary of NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR). It develops and supports solutions to manage self-service terminals such as ATMs.
Davison will manage the company's day-to-day operations, work with the board of directors on strategic planning and report to Tom Volpe, vice president of ATM channel management for NCR and a Gasper board member.
Davison joined Gasper in 1989. Prior to serving as EVP, he worked as the company's vice president of development.
In a company release, Bill Fotsch, external board member for Gasper said, "Jeff knows the organization, the products, the strategy and the industry very well. He is highly respected for his insight into the needs of customers, the industry and the market."
