MINNEAPOLIS -- Cash Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:CSHS) on June 24 announced that it has completed a $1,202,500 funding effort that will provide the company with the proceeds to meet company requirements for an unspecified amount of time.

The company, which provides ATMs and cash access solutions to the gaming industry, raised $777,500 through a pair of private common stock placements, and $425,000 by converting notes to company common stock.

Company officials said the funding effort will create additional working capital while reducing current liabilities.

Based in Minneapolis, Cash Systems provides ATMs, cash-advance systems, and check-cashing solutions to clientele including Argosy Gaming Company Inc. and Hollywood Casino.
