LAS VEGAS -- Coast Hotels & Casinos has extended its agreement to use the products and services of Global Cash Access (GCA), a supplier of cash access and customer relationship marketing technologies to the gaming industry.
The Orleans Hotel & Casino, Gold Coast Hotel & Casino, Suncoast Hotel & Casino and Barbary Coast Hotel & Casino will all continue to use one of GCA's most popular ATMs, the Casino Cash Plus 3-in-1 ATM. The machine's roll-over feature allows patrons to obtain funds via a POS debit transaction or PIN-less credit card cash advance if ATM cash withdrawal requests are denied.
According to a news release, some of the properties also will utilize several other GCA products, including QuikCash™ Plus Web, a transaction processing system for cage operations that allows casinos to process multiple financial transactions through one device; and Guest Development Marketing services, which help casino marketers analyze customer data to create marketing programs.
