LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- ALLTEL Information Services (ALLTEL: NYSE) announced today it has signed a five-year renewal agreement to manage the ATM program for Dillard's, Inc. (DDS: NYSE).
Dillard's will utilize ALLTEL's DASH network to drive 342 ATM devices in 334 Dillard's stores nationwide.
The partnership between the two companies began in 1999.
Dillard's Inc. is headquartered in Little Rock, Ark., and ranks among the nation's largest fashion apparel and home furnishings retailers, with annual revenues exceeding $8.3 billion.
"We are continually looking for innovative and customer-focused products and services that will assist us in serving our broad customer base," said John Hawkins, Dillard's vice president and treasurer. "ALLTEL's DASH network is a great tool for enhancing our customers' shopping experience."
ALLTEL's DASH network provides Dillard's with ATM functionality and gateway services to all major national, regional and electronic benefits transfer networks, according to Gary Norcross, president of ALLTEL's Integrated Financial Solutions division, based in Maitland, Fla.
"DASH products are able to accept a wide range of international debit and credit cards, as well as bank-branded proprietary cards and provides an additional customer service touch point," Norcross said.
