NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD - News) says it has certified Novadigm, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: NVDM - News) Radia® Management Suite. According to a news release, the Novadigm software suite will be used to remotely manage and configure Diebold ATMs.
According to the release, the Novadigm software suite reduces the need for manual onsite intervention that requires opening an ATM, which may interrupt the availability of ATMs to consumers.
Novadigm's suite can manage software, content and security updates. It also allows for the scheduled distribution of content such as multi-media advertising videos, and for collecting electronic journal files according to pre-set intervals.
Robert Reho, vice president of Diebold's Outsourcing and Managed Services Organization, said in the release that the suite was tested in Diebold's labs in both Windows® and OS/2 environments.
"The Novadigm software provides financial institutions with a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for managing software, applications, and data across their entire ATM network," Reho said.
According to the release, Radia also provides management of software and content distribution on other enterprise computing devices including desktops, laptops, PDAs and servers.
