SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Automated Systems America, Inc., a La Canada, Calif. ISO with some 1,400 ATMs under contract, has been designated a master distributor of NexTran Industries' ATMs.
Tony Park, NexTran's senior vice president, called the appointment "another important step in the development of the NexTran brand throughout North America."
John Steely, president of ASAI, said in a news release that his company's customers will benefit from NexTran's offering of PC-based ATMs, pre-paid media and ATM security.
In February, NexTran announced a similar agreement with Columbia, S.C.-based ATM America.
NexTran, a subsidiary of South Korea's Chungho ComNet Co., Ltd., provides ATM hardware, software, installation, training, maintenance and monitoring, as well as processing and customer service.
